Not Common... But Very Criminal David Smith has had staunch support from many faithful Olint Members up until the bitter end. Now we know that as early as July 2010, David Smith confessed to operating a Ponzi Scheme... and that makes him a criminal...
Now We Know it was a Ponzi! What Next? It would appear that we are now on the last leg of the journey.  David Smith has been sentenced to 6.5 years in a TCI Prison and is awaiting additional sentence in a US Federal prison.
ACOM 'CELEBRATES' END OF YEAR 1 At the end of February 2011, ACOM was one year old.  We had hoped that there would be no need for us to be around for year 2.  But that is not the case. Yet, on the positive side, all will agree that at this stage,
ACOM REGISTRATION CONTINUES Registration with ACOM is on-going.  We are definitely in the final leg of our journey and the role of ACOM is to stand with its Members all the way to the end of the process by which Members' money will be refunded.

All Olint members who are disputing the accuracy of the amount of their net claim as reported by the list attached to the judgment, are encouraged to report this to ACOM immediately. As part of your report, please include the supporting documents that were submitted to the US authorities. Please note that the valid amount to be claimed is the difference between the total of “real” funds deposited, less the total of “real” funds withdrawn over the full duration of your relationship with Olint.  This is the formula used by the US authorities to calculate “net deposit”. When submitting your complaint to ACOM, please indicate the amount and date of your last paid membership dues. The process could not be simpler. All you are required to do is to pay the required dues through any branch of BNS by any method you choose. Submit to ACOM, your name and evidence of payment.
