It would appear that we are now on the last leg of the journey.  David Smith has been sentenced to 6.5 years in a TCI Prison and is awaiting additional sentence in a US Federal prison.

The US authorities have identified funds but are understandably reluctant to prematurely disclose the amount of money that will be available.  If you have not as yet done so, I sugggest that you read the article on the home page, David Smith's Plea Deal.  The verbatim of the Plea Deal is also available in PDF at the end of the article.

So, make sure that you are registered with the Victims’ Cor-ordinator of the US District Attorney’s Office through ACOM.  Then pray that all goes well for the victims.
